Today suddenly my airtel sim dead,do not know the reason,went to customer care at chikkadpally, Hyderabad.The person was continuously on call & asked me to wait.I waited for 15 minutes & went to other person he was talking to other person,then requested me to see the same parson as that person was free,then i said my issue he said get me aadhar i said i have only scan copy..no he said get the original card only.Then i said it is only for KYC original card is not required .Then he was speaking rudely & behave wrongly with a customer.
1.I am an exisiting customer,he did not check my number laso.
2.Because of Airtel incovience i lost all my business calls.
3.I enquired in other customer care .Simcards stock not available.
Now a days it is difficult to survive without phone ,I am a lecturer & send students abroad too.I need compensation from the airtel as my sim lost connectivity completely for two days, no proper service & communication.Very rude people in the Chikkadpalli Center,Hyderabad-20
