I failed to pay loan on time. But they are threatening me to pay penality more than the actual loan I have taken.the actual amount I took is rs 3500 and they demanding rs 6700 with penality for deleaying 106 days due to my financial problems as I’m a student and they are threatening to pay else they will call my family and friends and tell them. I am a student and I can’t pay that much of penality. So I request you to look into my issue and solve it.
