I was connected to an employee of FNA solutions company. They offered me a data entry job for captcha typing.They told me about the job profile and all of that.Afte I’mr that I was agree to do the job they asked me for documents and they also told that after submitting my all documents I will get their agreement for the job .I submitted my documents and I get the agreement but the agreement was not opened for this problem I was contacted them and I clearly said about this , they send me the ID password of mine.They called me for confirmation,t I said about thehthe problem that I was unable to open the agreement.They said me that they will send me the agreement again .I got the agreement ,but I saw the agreement was previously signed.I told this thing to their verification department and they said that they generating my ID password thats why it was signed.But I never signed it.After that they said you need to start Ur work from 27 Oct and I wasn’t received any link for start my work .I said them this problem but they said they will resend the link to my inbox but they don’t.I was trying to contact their help line number and their verification department but I was not able to contact them .After 14 days their lawyer contact me and said I need to complete my penalty for not completing my work , I was argued with them that I don’t get any link for start my work they said me I have 30 minutes to complete my dues and then I asked them that I will register a case against the company but the lawyer said that then the company will charge 11 month’s salary /loss from me .This is very complicated case for me I want to request consumer complaints court to save me from this situation.
