I am writing to bring to your attention a series of issues I have faced with connect broadband Despite my attempts to resolve the matter amicably, the situation has not been adequately addressed.
In June, I experienced unwarranted calls a week before my bill’s due date, pressuring me to pay in advance. Despite assuring them of timely payment and reaching out through multiple emails to their customer support, the calls persisted.
To my dismay, my connection was abruptly terminated a week before the due date without my consent. Upon questioning this, I was informed that I needed to reapply for restoration, causing significant inconvenience, especially as I was out of town during that period.
In response to the poor service, I switched to an Airtel connection and explicitly informed connect broadbandof my decision. Despite this, I am now being demanded Rs. 2500, including an additional Rs. 100 for a router that I do not recall receiving.
This situation is unacceptable, and the payment demands are causing undue stress. I kindly request the Consumer Forum’s intervention to conduct a thorough investigation into the unauthorized disconnection, unwarranted charges, and the overall dissatisfaction with the service.
Until this matter is resolved fairly, I am withholding any payments. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
