I am receives a call from +91 79098 13763 &+917064388437 , For online home beas work of content typing they offer 19840/-.For completing the work in given time, with deduction 4999/- rs for registration charge in 19840/- and if you not complete the work in given time then you pay Rs. 5000/- for registration charge for work further I am agreed on that. Then they email me Login ID, Password and a agreement from mail@kelly-service.info to basheer405@gmail.com but in this agreement they written you must be paid 5000/- rs against penalty if you not complete the work after see this I am send a mail that I am not agreed on 5000/- penalty clause. When i going to login and start typing the content letter l is appearing every it mis lead as l, I, 1. Some times the account wont open i had send mail to them regarding the same stating about multiple logins and confusion on l, I, 1 in the document. On 4/10/2021 I receive a mail from Advocate Associate, Adv. Rajesh Parmar
GJ/2856/2004, Legal Department. You must be pay Penalty for his Clint kelly-solutions. info. I had paid 5000/- as panality. After paying the amount of 5000/- they ask me to get NOC i need to pay 22000/- for out side the court else they ask me to pay 1,35,000/- in court.
I had ask for the leagal document that i had signed but they had not send that document. Please consider my request give me suggestion what i need to do further
