I have ordered 2 sarees of 599 each on November 30,2023 in WhatsApp and paid 1200 rs and shipping charges 300 and 20 rs total 1520 rs.
Again they are asking me to pay 2420rs totally. They spoke only in Hindi to me but someone behind me talked in tamil teaching lines to the person who spoke Hindi. In between also they tried to lure by saying discount in shipping charges and also cashback offer .They are calling repeatedly and torturing like hell to pay 2420 and send the screenshot.they are not hearing our complaints also they say that for refunding it will take upto a month. Please kindly help me refund my amount 1520 rs as oon as possible.
