I have used same airtel number since 2007. Now I have issue in a SIM card and i visited today regarding the SIM change at your Airtel Authorised Partner Store Boat Club cibil Lines Roorkee Uttarakhand 247667.
Two person are available in store and after request one girl called some other person regarding the SIM change and after some time one person is coming and after completed the all formalities provide a new SIM card and demand the charge of Rs. 100.
My issue is Why charge Rs. 100 for change SIM card. As per my knowledge Airtel Store charged only Rs. 25.
