Text of Complaint by Sarita Mahapatra:

We have taken a franchise of Delta Bpo solutions on 15th june 2023. We have paid total 1.5 lakh rupees for 5 ids and invested around 1.5 lakhs for infrastructure. We have taken the call verification and sorting process from them. We have started the project. Miss Hanisha Bhola who is their representative told us that this is a weekly payment process and payment will be released on Wednesday. We have submitted the report of the whole week on Friday night so that we will get paid on Wednesday. Then on Wednesday no payment was made. Then one other representative from their company Amandeep Said that report will come on Friday and after that we have to raise the payment. Then next day a mail came from a us company saying that 86% data accuracy was their which didn’t meet the target of 95% and so that our agreement is terminated on 10th day of the work. We have called each and every number minimum 3 times so that this will not happen but though this is a fake company they sent a direct termination mail. We asked them to check the data’s in-front of us then they stopped responding our calls. We have losses around 4 lakhs and ample amount of time on this project.
Out govt is not taking any strict actions. What we will do as a startup.
