RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
I MR. SUNIL YADAV HAD PURCHASED A DELL LAPTOP FROM FLIPKART AND HAD IT COVERED UNDER JEEVES EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN.
I HAVE BEEN FACING ISSUES IN ORDER TO TURN ON THE LAPTOP SINCE MAY 2020, I TRIED CONTACTING JEEVES IN THE MONTH ON JUNE.
I ADDRESSED THEM MY ISSUES AND RAISED A CLAIM, MY CLAIM WAS REGISTERED, YET I WASN’T PROVIDED WITH A TECHNICIAN VISIT OF WHICH I WAS ASSURED OF. LATER THE CLAIM GOT CANCELLED AND ANOTHER CLAIM WAS REGISTERED, AND SAME ASSURANCE WAS GIVEN TO ME REGARDING A TECHNICIAN VISIT, YESTERDAY I RECEIVED A SMS FROM JEEVES STATING THAT MY CLAIM HAS BEEN CANCELLED, IRRESPECTIVE OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS WHICH HAVE BEEN UPLODED PLENTY OF TIMES BY MYSELF.
YESTERDAY, AGAIN I CALLED JEEVES AND HAD A WORD WITH YOUR OPERATORS REGARDING THE SAME ISSUE, MR. MOHAMMAD ASSURED ME THAT MY TICKET NO. HAS BEEN REGISTERED.
I AM PROVIDING YOU WITH THE TICKET NO. WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ME BY MR. MOHOMMAD, I ALSO HAVE THE CALL RECORDED FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
