My laptop was defective in this laptop touch pad is defective when I bought this laptop my facing problem but dell denied and last month replacement they provide and also ram issue and heavy heating I am facing its because battery and ram but they denied and i consulted with the local shop engineer they said it was battery issue change but dell not accepting
