Dear sir,
I have order Product Toshiba basics 2TB usb 3.0 portable external hard but I received wrong product and said return product on 14.04.2021.i request you to collect this wrong product I am not interested now
I have attached snap shot of received product wrong product and invoice it’s product related photo of correct product which I was order
Now as customer care if I book same product I will have to pay 5900 as 600 rupees extra which I was suppose to get in 5300 refer current price attachement. aklo refer price old price attachement
My question is that I have book same product in 5300 but you send wrong product and now for your mistake I have to pay extra .
While receiving for wrong I have to give to but still wrong product then whose mistake is this
If this is situation I will not order single order from amazon
This is really wrong
