The complaint is about an order I never received and when I asked the CS Rep what happened to the order, he (King) stated that it said that I refused the package. First of all, why would I refuse a package that I ordered and already paid for. Second of all, I have a camera (Ring) so I can see from wherever I am if someone is at my front door. Guest what? It doesn’t show that Amazon delivered anything to my front door and the delivery person or whoever lied. So what ya need to do is find out what happened to my mask because that delivery person I’m sure knows.
