I made an order on 03/11/2021 from jiomart app. First estimated delivery is on 05/11/2021.when I checked on that date it’s changed to 06/11/2021.today I got a message from JioMart the items is despatched .I didn’t get the item today also. This is happening everytime.they don’t have any responsibility .when I contact to customer care they said to make a new order.why I am placing a new order?
