I Ankit Mundhra is a superior customer of the biggest online shopping market “Amazon” brand. I was booked a “Samsung Galaxy M12’ mobile phone on dated 08-12-2021 Invoice No.DEL4-169262, price 13,499.00 only, delivery date on 13-12-21. As usual upcoming due date I paid the money by online transection
When I am open the packet all are shocked, the great Amazon sent me a Jacket, and its price 4000/- only (As per price sticker) but I paid 13,499/- only. Then and then I called delivery man and told the all matter, he listen all, after that he said “I understood but I can’t return the packet, because my ID is matched so please you call customer care”. I called the Customer Care and told the all event after listening he believe all the matter and assured that all will be fine this is Amazon don’t worry we could take some 5-7 days’ time for searching of our mismatch the product.
My question is, what my fault about this event? This regarding all responsibilities by Amazon and why should I survive Amazon’s fault? After all knowing everything why Amazon didn’t sent my product the next day?
