Text of Complaint by Manish kumar Dhal:

The headphone was delivered on 2nd march and it’s not working properly, so I initiated replacement and promised date was 8th march , 8th march also not delivered and automatically cancelled the product by flipkart team , then again I requested for refund and they said refunds are not available and the again initiated replacement, and promised date was 18th march but this time also they cancelled and not delivered and picked up . So again I complained flipkart team and they gave 21st march for pickup and today also they didn’t pickup the product and not refund my money , customer care also not responding and don’t want to resolve my issue, another product I ordered a fan and after 5days delayed they delivered it today and that fan also items are missing. I’m really fed up and cheated by flipkart and i tried many times , they are looting our hard earned money . They automatically marked my issue that it’s resolved but nothing is solved till now , I’m getting messages from flipkart without my knowledge that i want this product, they are lying with customers .
