I ordered a product from ajio and delivery partner was Shadowfax tech. I ordered on 11th of June 2023 and delivery date was 17th of June 2023. I waited till 26th of june but I didn’t receive product. In tracking it was showing that product is near me but they don’t even tried to contact me. I tried to contact them many times but they don’t even reply to customers support or even they don’t have call service. I have also made payment of COD on shadowfax so that they will deliver it faster. I want my money back but I’m unable to get in touch with them.
