On 18/10/2022 from Sivakasi to arakkonam I booked 2 packages but I received only one package on 21/10/2022 if I asked the arakkonam agency there response was very bad and worst .if I called Sivakasi branch they phone was switched off. Unable to contact now the date was 27/10/2022 still now no response .for delivery charges i already paid (PAID SERVICE ONLY) Still now no one responsible for this case.
This is very worst behaviour for consumers even paid before the delivery service
