I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding an order I placed with your company, which has not been delivered as expected. The order details are as follows: Order Number: 407-7303754-0102708 Product: Lenovo Laptop Delivery Date: 14.05.2023 Offer Period: May 4th to May 8th, 2023 I placed this order on 08.05.2023 with the expectation that the product would arrive within the stated delivery timeframe. However, it has been one day since the expected delivery date passed, and I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted your customer support team on multiple occasions, but each time I am met with inadequate responses and no concrete solution. Today, your customer support team informed me that the product is damaged, and I will receive a refund. I have always held your company in high regard for its exceptional customer service. However, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and has cast doubt on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I kindly request immediate action to rectify this situation. I would appreciate it if you could: 1) Provide me with a prompt and satisfactory solution to replace the damaged product instead of refunding the amount to my account. 2) Extend the offer period mentioned in my order to ensure that I am still eligible to receive the benefits associated with the original offer. I sincerely hope that we can resolve this matter amicably, and I look forward to your immediate attention and resolution of this issue.
