Dear flipkart i book product on 20 apr 23 and received after 24 days on 14 may 23. This is delivery system of flipkart however amagon will deliver product with in 4-5 days. Now coming to the point after receiving delayed product i found product size is small for my babg boy than i put return request on same day that date was 14 of may 23. There after today is 12 jun 23. After placing return request no body will come to my house for collecting the product. I try to call your customer care approx 10 times they take request and say will do pickup shortly. Three times they close my request with out making any call to me. I want to know. Kya chal raha h flipkart k sath. I frustrated with flipkart and your pathetic delivery system. I don’t want more survice with you. I fille fire against flipkart in consumer forum shortly. Very very thanks…….
Kindly pullup your system other flipkart will go down because of your bad customer support and pathetic delivery system.
