I bought APPLE 2021 iMac with 4.5 K Retina display M1 (8 GB Unified/512 GB SSD/Mac OS Big Sur/24 Inch Screen /MGPJ3HN/A)from Flipkart on 25th June. But I received APPLE 2021 iMac with 4.5 K Retina display M1 (8 GB Unified/256 GB SSD/Mac OS Big Sur/24 Inch Screen /MGPJ3HN/A) on 26th June.
So, I raised a complaint on Flipkart on 26th June itself and received a call from their customer care executive. I told them I’d received the wrong product & they said they’ll refund my money which will get credit into my account in the next 2 days.
Instead of a refund, they rejected my complaint. I again raised my complaint and they again said they will refund the amount. Instead, they dismissed my complaint again.
This same cycle of events happened 3 times. I have called every single day, and mailed n number of times, but there is no resolution to it.
This is a TOTAL HARASSMENT and FRAUD from Flipkart.
I want this issue to be escalated and I want my refund ASAP.
