I have placed order for Apple I Mac 8 GB 512 SSD Computer System on 25.06.2022 vide order no. OD125301188003753000 on Flipkart. On 26.06.2022 the company delivered Apple I Mac 8 GB 256 SSD in place of 512 SSD. Immediately on 26.06.2022 a complaint was given at Flipkart about the delivery of wrong product. The customer care of the Flipkart has intimated that your product will be taken back by the company by 8.07.2022. On 06.07.2022 I have received a msg from the Flipkart that my request for replacement / refund has been rejected. It is humbly requested to inquire into the matter and take necessary action to take back the PC System and refund the amount at the earliest.
