I had ordered Apple Iphone 12 64 GB Blue from Flipkart on dt 03.10.2021 with IMEI/Serial No: 356753563013097 (as on bill) delivered on dt: 14.10.2021 to me. I made a video while opening the package and found Samsung Galaxy F12 in the box. I raised an issue with the customer care executive on different dates with Replacement ID: 12102310567762493651, Replacement ID: 12102314003508422502, Replacement ID: 12102314723881288811, Replacement ID: 12202317200937837103 and today i.e on dt: 26.10.2021 with Replacement ID: 12202320726845835678. Everytime my issue was rejected with a reason documents not received. I emailed all the required documents more than 5-6 times on outreach@flipkart.com, cs@ncb.flipkart.com and cs@ncb.flipkart.com but everytime my issue was rejected with comments “We’re sorry. We are unable to process your replace request.” I called so many times to customer care executive and they again and again raised my new complaint but result is same everytime. I have provided all the required documents i.e. Aadhar Card (both front and back), image of product received (sealed) and image of manufacturing label. I humbly request you to urgently look into this matter as i am harassed by flipkart and they are playing foul games with me. It has already been 10-12 days I am doing this process.
