On 4th July, 2021, I ordered 4 nos plastic stack able armchairs of Italica Shree Ganesha Oxy series 5202 make from Flipkart app as per displayed product images.
The product was delivered on July 14, 2021. I opened the product packaging and found that the product was different than the ordered product. I have requested for replacement of the product through Flipkart app which assured me of a technical person’s visit from seller’s end but no technical visit was made and return of product request rejected. Since then, I had requested several time return/replacement of the product or refund. But each time a technical visit is assured yet no technical visits are done. I have contacted Flipkart executives for customer care many times but they are unable to provide any resolution to the issue.
