The product is different from the one ordered.It did not have product name.Plastic is not heat resistant.Moreover the electrical wire can potentiality cause an electric shock to consumer using the product.The 2 pieces were put loosely in this soft brown card.I am terribly upset and disappointed and demand return of money.Such scammers using Amazon platform should be black listed.It is not about the money but safety of consumers. I wish matter can be resolved without me going to consumer protection.Thank you.
