I have ordered crocs slipper(3000 rs) and they sent me Aqualite (300 rs) slipper. When I tried to call customer service, again and again they are saying same thing that seller sent the correct product and I am sending back the counterfit product. And they are not listening to me completely and just hang up the phone. I have called many times to customer care service but they are in seller’s favour. They kept my slipper as well as 3000 rs with them. I lost my slipper as well as 3000 to Amazon.
