I had purchased a “Quirky Tactical 6000 LED rechargeable Flashlight from Gravio Store with ₹499/- under COD system and the same was confirmed by them with order no.Gravio 7964799(copy enclosed). The shipment was delivered to me on 27.08.23 but after taking delivery by paying cod amount(I.e ₹499/-) I opened the sealed packet and found that it was completely different item which is nothing but a simple battery operated torchlight not rechargeable and it is cheaper than the item ordered by me(images enclosed). I astonished with the sincerity and responsibility of your staff who had packed and shipped the product which is sufficient enough to tarnish your goodwill . Pl.look into the matter and do the needful so that my ordered product may be replaced and wrong item is taken back at the earliest. Thanks & Regards ,
