Text of Complaint by Garina Singh:

Hi,

I had ordered an Mi tv from Amazon worth Rs.15,499 on 17th April.

I received the product on 28th April.The The tape on the box was opened,and the Tv was from Micromax and full of dust(i e, a used product),the delivery guy left the home by the time i would ask him to take it with him.

 

I complained to Amazon,they said to call an Mi person for installation,after which he will create a job sheet about the missing product and then to upload the job sheet on the given link by Amazon.

Today when the guy from MI came,he refused to create the job sheet since the box was opened (which was not even opened by me).

Amazon now is saying that they will escalate against the service order id of MI.

Amid all this,iam suffering .

Amazon is blaming MI and Mi is blaming Amazon .

Don’t know how to get my replacement.
