I am regular customer of the products sold by you. Recently I had ordered two packets of Purepet Kitten Food. The sealed packet was delivered on 9th August, 2020 and the delivery of two Purepet Kitten Food has been confirmed by you over e-mail to me. But it is regretted to inform you that instead of two Purepet Kitten Food, two packets of Adult Cat Food have been delivered, the cost of which is Rs.199/- per packet i.e total cost should be Rs.398/- but payment of Rs.600/- has been received from me for the cost two packet of Purepet Kitten Food.Unfortunately without seeing the details of the product, I have opened one Packet and observed that Adult Cat Food has been delivered.
I request you to arrange for take back of the packets immediately and either refund me the amount or deliver two packets of Purepet Kitten Food immediately.
