I ordered a combo consisting of a wireless earphone and earbuds for Rs.1699/- through online from a website”Essentialsme.Com”. Whereas, on delivery, I was shocked because I received only a wrong product viz., a wireless bluetooth speaker that too not working properly. The cost of the wrong product is only Rs.500/- as checked from other service providers. On calling the phone number available in the invoice, I was panicked to note that no. is coming completely switched off. Also they are not even replying to mails.
When I checked online reviews about this website, I am totally surprised to see that there are huge number of similar complaints about this website. But, why no action has been taken by any legal body to block the website. The consumers are continuously cheated for a long time and their hard earned money is lost. The said fraudulent website is still functioning and doing their business brisk scot-free.
Kindly take necessary steps to completely blacklist the website and arrange to get full refund of my hard earned money of Rs.1699.
