On 18.06.2020, I ordererd for Krypton X2 Pro Mobile in the Ezeephones website and paid Rs 4479.48 through PayUMoney.On 22.06.20, a package containing a oronge Mobile B6 was delivered .
The phone is non-operational. Could not be charged and started. It is a case of cheating. Please help me to get the right product or to get refund.
I have been a lot compliant earlier but there is no solution for my problem . A employee named Mr. Deepak call me but no one solves. I am tired of Comlaining again and again please help me.
