Text of Complaint by Abdul Hannan:

Bought Lloyd AC from flipkart on 30/6/22,but they delivered wrong model of lloyd AC. I lodge complaint and asked replacement from flipkart. This is summer season that’s why I bought AC in urgency from Flipkart. They are now keep me waiting and guessing and not giving any fixed time for replacement. Every day I am calling them but their customer care don’t care at all. This is mistake from their side even though they don’t care. Now they are telling me that after 12 july they will update on it. It means they are not giving me any time limit when they will replace it. Now my situation is very bad, Neither I can use this AC, nor I can buy new one. I don’t know when I will get replacement. Now I am suffering because of extreme hot., Flipkart without any reason they keep me waiting and without any explanation. Me and my whole family is suffering from hot weather because of flipkart attitude and mistake. Please help me in this regard.
