In response to an E-Commerce website offer from ‘BESTDEALZ’, I had placed an order for 4 Nos. Gents Shorts, XXL size, priced at Rs. 899/=.
The above order was delivered on 9th August 2023 by ‘AMAZON Shipping’ AWB # 326568584517 and cash of Rs. 899/= collected from me.
The Seller details mentioned on the packet are as follows :
Ship from : BESTDEALZ, Invoice # GDL1471 dated 05-08-2023, item type – 2 Assorted Garments

The packet was opened by me yesterday morning and I found that instead for the 4 Nos. Gents Shorts that I had ordered, the seller has wrongly sent 2 Nos. Jeans full Pants. Also, no copy of seller’s Sales Invoice could be found inside the packet.
I am unable to reach out to the seller to resolve the above mentioned issue.
