Issue raised was regarding wrong handing over of the product while returning the product no. 5537. Wrong product no. 7929 was handed over by our maid who was aloan at home at the time of delivering. The boy taken the return delivery didn’t check the product and taken back the product which was much expensive than the product to be returned actually. Now the concern executives are not accepting what product they actually received. Against the product of costing INR 8699 , a refund of Rs.596 was processed. Please enquire the case and give us actual refund or deliver us the product which you got by oversight from our side.
