Text of Complaint by Lt Gen Raman Dhawan:

Dear Sir/Madam

Please refer my Order number 402-5939826-9187563 placed on 28 Sept 24 for Safari Arc Polyester 55 Cms Black Travel Duffle (Arc55Rlblk), W-26 CM.

The said item was delivered to me on 30 Sept 24 and on checking it was found that a smaller item had been delivered. Instead of 55 cms length as indicated in product description; it was only 51 cms long. I immediately initiated a return and refund of my payment.

Since 01 Oct I have been waiting for pick up by Delhivery. The Delhivery executives have made false statements that there was an address issue, and they have tried to do a pickup of the item (no one has contacted me even once on my registered number and my address is available in your records), on their own Delhivery cancelled my return despite my making numerous calls to Amazon customer care executives also seeking assistance. The customer care executives assured me that the issue would be addressed but to no avail.

I am a Prime member and the above issue is of grave concern as it reflects on the integrity of your employees and on your company. I hope the same will be addressed promptly.
