I ordered a Voltas water dispenser on 30/06/2020, instead of that received an unbilled watch.
Since then have been trying to get my refund but Amazon is not issuing the refund inspite the seller confirming that wrong product was delivered. Have written multiple mails and tweets but all they send me is a apology mail and a request to have patience.
They have been harassing me now from ove a month and a half.
