I ordered on line professional tool kit sold by M J capture of Rs. 2399 on 6th Aug. I received wrong item’ Ice cube maker’ by the seller with order number 405-0181314-7244354 on 9th Aug. Instead of professional tool kit. I initiated to return the wrong item six times 10th, 16th,19th, 22nd 26th and 28thAug. The seller refused to take accept it all the times. I talked to customer care also but no use. They simply gives another pickup date.
I feel cheated by seller through Amazon. I request you to look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.
