I ordered a pair of pants (grey and biscuit colour) with 38 size and they sent me two different pants (colours blue n black) of 30 size. The quality is quite cheap and sub standard and almost different of what was shown on website.
When contacted for a return, the customer care is asking to give access to my bank details otherwise I can’t get the refund.
How could I give access to my screen, it could be risky.
Kindly ensure the return of the defective product and refund of money.
