I am a regular costumer from amazon and an Amazon Prime user. I made an order of 6 books from the site and have received all in poor condition. Two of the books were used and second hand. I paid full amount for the books which were not on any sale or discount. As a costumer I feel wronged and I’m not going to shop any books from Amazon again. Time to switch to Flipkart I guess.
