We received the goods on delivery from the HONGKONG YUHE – Facebook Shop , which we paid. After a follow-up check, we found that we had not ordered anything from this company. We were delivered an wallet for 770 CZK, but the real value is, according to my estimation, 100 CZK. We will send the company a pre-claim notice for unordered goods and unjust enrichment. At the same time, we will file a complaint with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and the European Consumer Centre because the shipment was sent from Hungary to the Czech Republic.
