Text of Complaint by SAURABH SINGHAL:

I have ordered product on 20th Dec, and product was shipped on 24th Dec. Product delivery date was 26th Dec. Product was out for delivery on 26th Dec at 8:50 AM and at 9:11 it shows , some issue with delivery.

From 11 AM i was continuously following up with Customer services but there was no response from them , all was dependent on delivery boy who was neither picking up phone and calling back.

after 2 days follow up still there no progress , even i have asked to cancel product as they were unable to delivered it but customer service even not cancelling product.

Now i don’t have any option as my money stuck with amazon and product not delivered yet.

Please support to get refund of my money.
