Hello Sir/mam,
This is regarding Delivery of Order. I rescheduled Delivery of my 4 Orders , out of which it was reflecting for 3 Orders and support person said that it willl reflect in sometime(at 11:39AM), but Delivery guy came to my place within 1 hour and then said, delivery is rescheduled and he cannot deliver parcel and will only deliver on Saturday(new scheduled day). I chatted with Customer Support, they said they rescheduled it and Delivery person won’t come or call again. Then inn evening, again I got a call from Delivery guy for receiving parcel.Again,I chatted with Customer Support, and they said that it is rescheduled and will deliver on Saturday. It will reflect in sometime on Tracking Page.
Also, they are contacting on incorrect number and disturbing that person.When I ask they say, contact number is updated, but still call on wrong number.,
Does it take more than 5 hours to reflect updations on Page?
if it is not updated from backend, then Customer Care is passing wrong information and misleading Customers.
This is sheer Disappointment from Amazon Services and I am totally frustrated today.I have chatted with them 3 times, but no query resolved
