Text of Complaint by Susheel Goyal:

Sir/Mam,

I have ordered RO Purifier of Eureka Forbes at Amazon. Courier guy came to my home at around 10.15 pm (in night) and delivered the packet after taking the OTP and when I opened the packet, it was a plastic tray of 250 grams. I asked courier guy about it then he said he can’t do any thing about it and I need to raise the complaint with customer care only. I immediately raised that complaint and I was provided a link to upload the delivered item which I did and I was told it will take 6 days time to investigate about it. On 13th Aug I again called them to ask about it but they straight away denied that as our investigation team, packet is already delivered and there ia nothing we can do about it. I went to my society admin office and collected 2 video of tower gate and lift where it is clearly seen that a small 4 inch width packet was brought to my home which was delivered to me wherin it should be 7 kg RO machine of quite big dimension which can never fit in that packet. I shared the videos with Amazon cs-reply@amazon.in and called them then again same answer was given that they can’t do anything about. I tried talk to Aarti (the so called supervisor there) and she was of same quality and she straight away denied that we can’t do any thing about it. I am lost my 16000 rupees and also harassed by Amazon officials and I am spending 200 rupees daily since last 10 days for water delivery at my home because I don’t have any RO machine. Looking for your help as they are not ready to accept their mistake even after multiple efforts at my end.
