• The seller couriered me a mobile phone, and he have taken payment in advance, i talked him through olx. He sent me the pictures of mobile and bill abd his duty id card..now he is asking for more money otherwise his courier office will not allow the delivery. And when i asked for the refund, the is saying that it can’t be refunded. Then i understood that its a fake one and again asking me for payment of mobile’s insurance with amout and he is not giving me the proof for that and not refunding me the paid amount. He is saying that he is a army officer in patna. So hereby i request to aprove this complaint and help to make my paid money refund.
