Text of Complaint by Amit Solanki:

I have purchased an OPPO A5 2020 with ORDER # 171-7630689-6492345 dated 08.08.2020. I received this phone on 09.08.2020. When i have opened this phone I came to know that the SIM slot of the phone is not working and the IMEI number showing on Invoice is different from what is showing on Phone Screen.
From that date i am repeatedly contacted amazon over telecon & e-mail and also sent all required documents of Invoice , IMEI pic etc on mail id – i[email protected].
I have not received any clarity on my query and repeatedly receiving false commitments from amazon end.
I am really very disappointed with amazon service and I have recordings of all calls where it is clearly showing amazon false commitments.
