We ordered 2 watches from the website casioworld.shop thinking it was an authorized website. We placed the order on 27/06/2024 with cash on delivery as the mode of payment and the products were delivered on 1/07/2024. On the day of delivery, we were not present physically to take the order and we made the payment through UPI. We checked the product and it turns out they were not the same. Now there is no way of contacting the website to raise any refund. Could you please look into the matter and redirect the amount as soon as possible?
