I have ordered set of 3 bras worth rs 999 Rs. from Kristel shop following their Facebook add ,to my shock i received the courier from Amazon but i received very substandard two lagins on 3 Feb 2023, tracking number is 322206822065..my order id is dmns38117103qudebj..when I suspected the parcel as the weight was very low i told courier person to allow me open it but he refused to do so and took my 1000 rs and ran away..i repeatedly called the courier person on the number he called me to receive the parcel ie +912248913444 and required him not to hand over my money to the Kristel company as it’s a scam but he refused to do so..i suspect that the Amazon courier boy is also part of this scam.when immediately I called to the customer care number of Kristel shop/ co. On the number 7797713687 the person told me he will refund the amt if I give him mobile number.when i warned him to lodge a police complaint he started to use abusive language to me and said no one can catch me.
