Amazon delivered me a defect product and i asked for a replacement and they said they not cannot replace and i further requested a refund and they said they take the product and 3-5 business days they give me back my money and i said ok , its been more 20 days and the product is still with me , No amazon delivery agent is comin to pick my the order . i took money from other guy , he is asking to give me back my money or laptop and he is asking 10000 more . because of the amazon i have to pay 10k extra and 87k for the laptop . i registered complaint on many times but no response for them
