This message is regarding poor and pathetic service support from Amazon India team.
I am a prime member of Amazon India and I have purchased one Lenovo Think Book 15 AMD Ryzen 3 5300U 15.6″ (39.62cm) FHD 220 Nits Antiglare Thin and Light Laptop (8GB/512GB SSD/Windows 11/MS Office/Mineral Grey/1 order no. Order# 406-2045613-9321127 on 7th of August and the same was delivered on 8th of August at 10:20AM at my place.
I opened the Laptop box and found there was a big dent on Laptop body and while switching on Screen also not working(pictures are attached for your reference) as there was issue with screen due to this dent on Laptop Body. I called up your Customer support at 10:30Am on same day and informed them about the issue and they make the replacement order for this faulty laptop and arranged the delivery next day I;e 9th of August.
Next day courier person came for the delivery but he didn’t deliver the laptop as faulty laptop was not showing any display. I told him Screen was not working and this is faulty that’s why I have requested for the replacement but without listening to my issue he left from my place.
Again I called Amazon customer support and they assured me that they will refund my money and courier person will pick the laptop on 10th of August from my place.
No one came on 10th of August I logged complaint again on same day and they again said laptop will pick from my place on 12th of august.
Same thing happen again and no one came to pick on said date . I called Amazon team and they gave me false hopes and commitment again as they told me pick up will be done on 14th of August but again no one came for pick up. Spoken to Team Leader of Amazon who was available while discussing the issue with agent at call Centre and requested him to provide the details of senior Management but he refused to provide the same.
My credit card company has already charged me the amount and they have sent me the statement for the amount which I have used for buying tis laptop. I have to pay this amount to my Credit card agency for the faulty Laptop which is not working and Amazon team is not bother to pick from my place for refund.

Please suggest me where is my fault.
Is this type of service support provided by the Amazon Team ?
Need your help as service support from Amazon India team is very very poor and pathetic which will definitely spoil the image of Amazon brand in the market.
Looking forward for positive response.
