Text of Complaint by Rahul:

I had ordered refrigerator in exchange offer. Amazon delivered the product on 29th Oct & taken our old refrigerator. When technician visited our place & opened the product – we noticed that the product is damaged. Same day we had made call & asked for replacement. Amazon confirmed to do replacement within 48hrs. We had informed them that we cannot wait for 2 days without refrigerator as all the item which were supposed to be kept in fridge will get spoilt & they confirmed OK to use for 2 days… we are on 2nd Nov now & still replacement is not done. When spoke to Amazon customer care team they are not able to replace the fridge now as they do not have stock & ready to make refund… I’m ready to take refund with my old refrigerator or asked them to give discount in this fridge also.
