I purchased a smartphone oneplus 8 pro 12 gb ram 256 for Rs 60000 from amzon.india and deliverd on 15 august 2020.i open the box and used phone for 4 days and it getting heating and hanging so contacted amazon.india about the product issue and they told me install a app called blancco diagnosis and i installed it and they told me they know the problem after installing so i installed and done everything  as they told and after they told your device is in perfect condition. but i am getting the problems so i asked for replaced as they say 7 days replacement policy and they told it has no problem so they will not replace it.but i haveing more issue on the smartphone .i bought ot for my online classes i lost the classess and i was cheated by amzon by Rs 60000 by giving me defective product.

Pls help me to resolve my issue and get my 60000ts back or a replacement. pls Not let the other people cheated like me
